Essendo stata anche io dall'altra parte del "muro", posso capire quali siano le difficoltà - soprattutto per chi non ha un blog, o un sito, ecc. ecc. - nel lasciare un commento: si scrive tanto e poi ci si accorge di non potere far apparire i propri pensieri sulla pagina.

Having been myself on the other side of "the wall", I can understand the difficulties - especially for those who don't have a blog or a website, etc. etc. - one can have in leaving a comment: one can write long paragraphs and then they realize nothing has appeared on the page.

Però, non disperate perché, come diceva il grande Gene Wilder in "Frankestein Jr.":

Seguite queste semplici istruzioni:

1. In fondo ad ogni post (o articolo, che dir si voglia) trovate questo riquadro bianco in cui potete scrivere quello che pensate:

Just follow these simple instructions:
1. At the bottom of every post (or article), you can find this blank square in which you can write what you think:

2. Dal menu "Seleziona profilo..." scegliete tra quelli elencati, se ne avete già uno.
Altrimenti potete scrivere il vostro nome o il vostro sito: per fare questo vi basterà cliccare su Nome/URL:

2. From the "Seleziona profile…" ("Select profile…") menu, choose among those that are listed, if you already have one.
If not, you can write your name or your site: to do this you'll simply have to click on Nome/URL:

3. A questo punto inserite il vostro nome o nickname. Se avete un vostro sito/blog, potete inserire anche quello (ma non è obbligatorio). Poi cliccate su "Continua":

3. Now you can insert your name or nickname. If you have a site/blog, you can insert that, too (but it's not binding). Then click on "Continua":

4. Se voleste rimanere anonimi (chissà... magari siete una persona di spettacolo che segue il mio blog e non volete svelarvi! ;-P) vi bastarà selezionare l’ultima voce dell’elenco:

4. If you'd like to remain anonymous (who knows… maybe you're someone in the showbiz who follows my blog and you don't want to reveal yourself! :-P) you'll just have to select the last menu option:

5. Adesso avete tutte le carte in regola per inviare il vostro commento: cliccate, dunque, su “Posta Commento”:

5. Now you have all you need to send your comment: click on "Posta Commento":

6. Anche se avrete seguito questi passi alla perfezione, non spaventatevi se non vedrete apparire il vostro commento subito in coda al post: io devo avere il tempo per approvarlo. Però vi apparirà questa riga di testo:

6. Even if you have followed these steps perfectly, don't be afraid if you don't see your comment appearing at once at the bottom of the post: I must have time to approve it. Anyway you'll be able to see this line:

Io controllo ogni giorno il mio blog, quindi lo approverò nel minor tempo possibile!
I check my blog everyday, so I will approve it as soon as I can!

Ci sono alcune cosette che vi voglio ricordare:
- NON è possibile allegare dei file ai commenti, (immagini, video, pdf o altro direttamente sul commento)
- INVECE POTETE inserire dei link a immagini, video o siti esterni.

There are some little things, I want to remind you:
- IT IS NOT POSSIBLE to  attach files to your comments (images, videos, pdf files or other things directly on your comment)
- On the contrary, YOU CAN INSERT LINKS to images, videos or external sites.
